Delighted to be asked to be a part of the very recent Art Meets Opera evening at the Christchurch Art Gallery with the auction of this large acrylic on canvas painting called ‘5 o’clock Shadows’. The fundraiser was planned to raised money for The Christchurch Medical Research Fund with this years’ focus being The Brain Injury Trust. Pleased that quite a few people wanted to take this painting home. It was from an idea that I suddenly saw on a wall late one afternoon and snapped a photo on my iphone. Inspiration comes at the strangest times and yes the wall was just that intense yellow!
